The Gold Standard for Water Ionizers

What is a gold standard anyway?  It has been defined as: A model of excellence; a paragon.  Why is the Enagic Kangen Water Machine, then, considered ”The Gold Standard” for home ionizer units?  How does it stand out from the competition?

Voted BEST by 6,500 Japanese Doctors

 In 2002, Enagic was awarded honorable endorsements from the Japanese Association of Preventive Medicine for Adult Disease (an organization of over 6,500 doctors) This organization selects only one company, per industry, to receive their two awards:  Product Recognition and Endorsement Recognition.  From a field of over 30 Japanese ionizer companies, Enagic and Kangen Water received both of these awards.

Enagic is the only company approved for use in the hospitals in Japan by this group. This is considered such a special feat, considering this non-profit and independent doctors association, which is also the biggest and the most respected of its kind in Japan, is known for its long and thorough selection process and the fact that they issue such endorsements for only one product (or product line) to the very best in any given category.

Licensed as Medical Devices

Below, you will find two certificates from the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, licensing Enagic products as Medical Devices and licensing the Enagic facility as a Manufacturer of Medical Devices.

Three ISO Awards

Enagic has three ISO Awards for Quality Management, Environment Management, and Management Systems.   These awards are not only difficult to achieve  but they require annual re-qualifications, assuring Enagic customers of ongoing accreditation.

Membership in the Direct Selling Association

The Direct Selling Association does a complete investigation of every applicant. Not all who apply are offered Membership.

Enagic is among less than 200 companies who were able to achieve this Membership.
