What Is Kangen Water?

Kangen Water is the delicious and healthy water created from Enagic’s progressive water technology. Not only do these amazing devices filter harmful chemicals out of tap water, but through the process of ionization produces Kangen and acidic type waters. These waters can be used for various purposes including drinking, cooking, beauty, & cleaning.

The pH scale measures how acidic or basic a substance is. The pH scale takes its name from potential of hydrogen. The pH scale ranges from 0 to 14. The colors indicated relate to the pH scale values as seen when testing the liquid. A pH of 7 is neutral; pH less than 7 is acidic; pH greater than 7 is moving toward alkalinity.

Food preparation
You can remove the rawness from vegetables such as green onions, bamboo, wasabi and flowering fern by cleaning these with Strong Kangen Water.

Cleaning
Use the Strong Kangen Water for cleaning  cutting boards and dishcloths.
