Japan, Water Ionizers and Kangen Water

Russian scientists were the first to develop ionized water over 40 years ago. Since then, the Japanese have taken the lead in water technology. In fact, Water Ionizers have been offered in the Orient for many decades and in the United States for about 10 years.

Water ionizers were popularized in Japan and began to become somewhat universal there around the mid 1980′s. Kangen Water Machines Create Ionized, Alkalized Water

Kangen Water Machines convert the tap water coming from your faucet into two water outlets. One outlet has a large number of H+ ions while the other outlet has a large number of OH- ions. The water that is strong in H+ is Acidic while the OH- water is Alkaline.

Through this filtering and electrolysis process the Kangen Water Machines produce  five different types of water. Ionized water has special characteristics that make it super-hydrating at the cellular level. Ionized water is sometimes referred to as “restructured,” or electrolyzed structured water,  in that the water molecules combine together into smaller groups of molecules than normal, typically in about 4  to 6 water molecules per group, whereas most other water has more than two to three times the number of water molecules per group.

This means the water can get into the cells easier to hydrate the cells, the water can transfer nutrients more readily into the cells, and the water can more effortlessly transport toxic waste from inside the cells to more efficiently cleanse and detoxify the body.
