Single Technician Assembly: Outstanding Quality Control

Enagic does not use mass production methods as each machine is assembled by one technician at a time and goes through 22 different quality control inspections by a total of five people for each machine.

Medical Grade Titanium and Platinum

Enagic uses only “medical grade” titanium and platinum in their electrode plates. No other company on the market does this. Many use cheap inferior and unsafe metals such as aluminum, copper, stainless steel, white gold and other alloys.

Even those that use platinum and titanium do not use medical grade but rather a cheaper grade that is not pure and can contain other alloys such as cadmium, lead and nickel which can lead to heavy metal poisoning, especially in those machines using the inferior design of “mesh plates”. Be aware that there are serious differences in the quality of the materials which are used in various ionizers.

Surface Area and Power

Enagic’s SD501 has 110 more inches of total surface area than any other machine on the market. The SD501 uses 230 watts of power meaning that it produces by far the highest anti-oxidant properties of any water ionizer. Also, the other beneficial properties of ionized water such as alkalinity and micro-clustering are enhanced and will last longer than with any other machine.

It is an irrefutable law of electricity, chemistry and physics that the higher the electrical voltage a plate can sustain and the longer period of time water stays in contact with this voltage, the more complete the ionization process. So in terms of ionization “bigger really is better.” Enagic’s LevLuk series utilizes 4 ¾ X 7 inch titanium plates that are heavily coated with platinum. Unlike any other ionizing units available at this time, Enagic’s LevLuk SD501 uses 7 of these plates. . . . Since both of these metals are quite expensive, it is the plates that dictate the price of the machines.

Water Output

Another way in which the Enagic machines are vastly superior is in water output, both per minute and total output. Some of the cheap South Korean machines actually void their warranty if the machine is used to produce more than three gallons per day.

Enagic’s Leveluk SD501 can produce gallons in minutes, and can produce very large quantities of water per day without any problems at all.

As evidence of this capability, there are Enagic owners who use these machines in health clubs, in clinics, or in other public places where there is huge demand. These owners have found the Enagic Kangen Water Machines to be reliable in producing large volumes of water.

Warranty
