Present 1A distributors have a chance to get the bonus if they became 3A through Feb 1st to March 31st.
Also, a new 1A who signs up until March 31st also has a chance to get the bonus if they become 3A within two months after they register.

For example:
A new distributor signs up on Feb 25th as 1A, the new distributor needs to become 3A by April 25th.
A new distributor signs up on Mar 31st as 1A, the new distributor needs to become 3A by May 31st.

If a new distributor signs up on Apr 1st, the new distributor does NOT have the chance to get the extra bonus.
